What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician I will repair and perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, assemble and install electrical wiring and equipment, and diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems. The role also involves performing rigging activities, safety-related functions, and other miscellaneous maintenance tasks.

Requirements
- Two (2) years' experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Basic trouble shooting skills with ability to assist with repairs and diagnostics of advanced processing equipment
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge
- Laser alignment and vibration monitoring knowledge
- Knowledge of predictive/preventive maintenance and pipefitting
- Competent in the use of oxyacetylene torch work and welding
- Demonstrate safe and proficient use of shop tools
- Must be physically capable of performing work from ladders, scaffolds and roofs
- Proficient in testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits
- Competent with programming of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
- Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
- Speak, write and comprehend conversational English
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
