Role OverviewThis role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends. Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications: High school diploma or GED is required. Associate’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
What You Will Do
Test and troubleshoot various types of meat processing equipment, perform building maintenance, follow preventative maintenance schedule for processing equipment, and assist with other tasks as assigned.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate’s degree in a technical field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance and electrical experience
- PLC and food manufacturing industry experience (preferred)
- Electrical Journeyman's license (preferred)
- Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time
