Role OverviewPerforms routine repairs and maintenance work for buildings and grounds, including minor heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Works under the supervision of the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor. Maintains all supplies, parts, and equipment belonging to the Facilities Department.
What You Will Do
Performs routine building maintenance activities, troubleshoots and repairs minor mechanical malfunctions, and performs preventive maintenance on vehicles, dishwashers, laundry machines, and other equipment. Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, sweeps, vacuums, and mops floors, and oversees and directs the work of community service workers.

Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two to three years experience performing maintenance and repair work for commercial buildings and grounds
- Valid State Driver License
