Role OverviewThis is an on-site position responsible for the overall and day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community. The role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor. This is a full-time position that requires availability for on-call emergencies.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include fixing appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry issues, preparing units for new residents, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with move-in/move-out inspections.

Requirements
- High school degree
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
