Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician I, you'll play an important role in keeping the community clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and wants to gain experience across multiple areas of property maintenance while making a positive impact on residents every day.
What You Will Do
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and appliance repairs, maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, complete routine work orders and preventative maintenance tasks, and perform landscaping duties.

Requirements
- One year of maintenance, porter, janitorial, landscaping, construction, or related experience
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs
