Role OverviewThe Maintenance Mechanic position is responsible for diagnosing equipment problems and making adjustments and repairs on building and production equipment as needed. Incumbents will diagnose root causes, break equipment down and replace, adjust, or repair parts as needed.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot equipment problems, use equipment as needed, operate a forklift, assist with production setup and movement, maintain records of maintenance performed, and conduct safety and maintenance checks.

Requirements
- Prior maintenance experience in an industrial or heavy manufacturing setting
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for hydraulic and pneumatic tools
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong communication skills
- Five or more years experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
