Role OverviewThis position is responsible for custodial services, basic maintenance, and groundskeeping for the Nisqually Tribe's government facilities and properties. Assignments may focus on specific areas, such as custodial tasks, building maintenance, or groundskeeping, or encompass all three depending on operational needs.
What You Will Do
Perform routine maintenance, inspect for pests and structural damage, paint facilities, assist with basic plumbing and electrical projects, clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas, and perform other tasks as assigned.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, and outstanding customer service is expected. Ability to work independently and exercise necessary precaution when using cleaners and solvents is essential.
Requirements

- Valid Washington State Driver's license
