Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician I will perform maintenance tasks, including projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders to support resort operations. The individual will possess and adhere to core values of integrity, passion, and work ethic. The role requires hands-on experience in trades and maintenance within a resort or commercial environment.
What You Will Do
Performing engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, and preventive maintenance as directed by resort management. Providing general support by performing basic tasks such as painting, caulking, and wall repairs. Conducting basic plumbing diagnostics and resetting breakers and GFCIs.

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in trades and maintenance within a resort or commercial environment
- Written and verbal communication in English is expected
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with enthusiasm and focus
- Strong communication skills required to excel in interactions with guests and colleagues
- Ability to be versatile, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
