Role OverviewThis is an on-site position responsible for the overall and day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community. The role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor.

Key responsibilities include fixing appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry issues, preparing units for new residents, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with move-in/move-out inspections.
