Role OverviewThis is an on-site position responsible for the overall and day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community. The role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor. The position requires availability for on-call emergencies.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include fixing appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry issues, replacing flooring, locks, fixtures, and other common items, and performing routine maintenance on equipment.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
