Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to be responsible for the overall and day-to-day maintenance of our apartment community. This is an on-site position that requires working Sunday through Thursday, with availability for on-call emergencies.

Requirements

  • Fix appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry issues.
  • Prepare units for new residents with cleaning and repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Help with cleaning common areas and apartments.
  • Be available for after-hours emergencies.
  • Follow company policies and maintenance procedures.
  • Work with the property team to keep the community in top shape.
