Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician II at Trinity Property Consultants, you will operate independently across multiple trades, complete service requests, and maintain high operational standards across the property. You will also participate in move-in/move-out inspections, maintain inventory and shop organization, and respond to on-call and emergency service requests.

Requirements

  • 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred)
  • Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of appliances
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Universal EPA Certification is preferred
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is preferred (where applicable)
