Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician II at Invitation Homes, you will perform high-quality maintenance work in single-family rental homes while providing outstanding customer service to residents. You will complete maintenance service requests, provide excellent customer service, and promote a quality living experience for residents. You will also complete regular ProCare visits, educate residents on maintenance topics, and perform repairs in vacant properties.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-5+ years' proven experience in residential repairs and maintenance
- OSHA 10 certification
- EPA Certification: Type I, Type II, and/or EPA Universal
- HVAC Certification
- CPO certification (pool)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-lingual
- Comfortability using mobile devices and various mobile applications
- Understanding of residential construction and mechanical systems
- Ability to perform general repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior structural, HVAC (minor), and appliances
- Current driver's license, automobile insurance, and any other licenses and/or certification as required by state law
