Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for skilled maintenance, repairs, and inspections to preserve and enhance the functionality, appearance, and safety of buildings. This role includes assisting with service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant apartments for occupancy.
What You Will Do
Perform skilled maintenance and repairs in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and roofing trades. Troubleshoot and resolve building and equipment issues; ensure timely completion of repairs.

Requirements
- Two or more years of general maintenance experience
- Painting or specialized trade experience preferred
