Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, performing preventive maintenance, painting, and repairs inside and outside the property to provide a safe, attractive, and orderly environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include making recommendations to the Community Administrator, repairing and painting the building exterior, maintaining adequate lighting, scheduling and expediting work order requests, and maintaining a clean and orderly storage room.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of full-time experience in building maintenance
- Proficient in English
