Role Overview

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will operate independently across multiple trades, completing service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns with confidence while helping maintain high operational standards across the property.

Requirements

  • 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred)
  • Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of appliances
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Universal EPA Certification is preferred
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is preferred (where applicable)
