Requirements
- 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred)
- Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Working knowledge of appliances
- High School Diploma or GED
- Universal EPA Certification is preferred
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification is preferred (where applicable)
