Role OverviewPerform a variety of maintenance functions, including apartment turns, plumbing repairs, appliance installations, and troubleshooting maintenance issues. Responsible for completing service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
What You Will Do
Complete apartment turns, perform maintenance and repairs, respond to service requests, conduct routine inspections, and maintain common areas. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance practices
- Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision
- Experience performing apartment turns and preparing vacant units for occupancy
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing demands, and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using work order or property management systems
- Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required
