Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced maintenance professional for our 246-unit community in Fremont. The successful candidate will work in turnover and renovation units, respond to maintenance service requests, and participate in emergency and after hours coverage.
What You Will Do
The duties of this role include working on external and internal repairs, setting up and operating machine tools, fabricating and repairing cabinets and other wooden structures, and maintaining inventory and preparing related paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in all trades, demonstrated knowledge and skill in performing quality work, and excellent customer service skills. They will also be able to read and interpret service orders and documents, and effectively present information to employees, managers, clients, and the general public.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in all trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED, technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training
- Excellent customer service skills
