Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is accountable for the maintenance of buildings and grounds at assigned YMCA locations. They must have a knowledge of effective maintenance techniques and routine preventive maintenance. They will utilize maintenance and repair supplies in the proper and efficient manner and keep all storage areas clean and uncluttered.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician will perform assigned and approved repairs in accordance with YMCA Association Standards, including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, electrical, flooring, painting, plaster/sheetrock, landscaping, and housekeeping. They will operate custodial equipment and support YMCA branch custodians in maintenance, housekeeping, and branch custodial projects.
