Role OverviewThe selected candidate is expected to start in early July. Maintenance Technician II is a mid-level role responsible for independently performing a broad range of maintenance tasks. This position requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining properties to ensure they are in optimal condition.
What You Will Do
Perform intermediate maintenance tasks, including but not limited to basic electrical and plumbing repairs. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems with limited supervision. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Certification for safety awareness, EPA certification (and CPO certification, if required by the property assignment) within the first 90 days of employment.
