Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician II will work in a 384-unit community, performing various maintenance tasks, including repairs, renovations, and emergency coverage. The role requires experience in all trades, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work weekends. The technician will work Monday to Friday and some weekends.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include working on external and internal repairs, responding to maintenance service requests, setting up and operating machine tools, fabricating and repairing wooden structures, maintaining inventory, and keeping storage facilities in order.

- High school diploma or GED, technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training
