This is an on-site, full-time Maintenance Technician II position based in Union City, CA, reporting to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor, with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule requiring on-call emergency availability.
What You Will Do
Perform maintenance and repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Prepare apartment units for turnover, conduct preventative care on equipment, assist with cleaning and grounds maintenance, and handle after-hours emergency calls.
