Role OverviewFacilities Maintenance Technicians work within a facility management organization that provides a variety of operation and maintenance services within a 24/7/365 environment.
What You Will Do
Perform general maintenance tasks, building/equipment inspections, equipment repairs/modifications, and general labor.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or approved GED
- 2 year technical degree plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience demonstrating a high mechanical aptitude or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in applicable field
- Must have a working knowledge of the following skills: use of hand and power tools, plumbing/pipefitting, electrical work, carpentry work, blueprint reading, mathematics, and facility equipment operation
- Self-starter with a proven ability to successfully work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in a collaborative/safety conscious environment. ‘Safety First’
- Must hold a valid state driver’s license
