What You Will Do
Diagnose and repair simple and complex issues, conduct building inspections, estimate labor hours and material costs, and communicate professionally with residents. The role also involves working with minimal supervision, completing property condition reports and time cards accurately, and following safety procedures.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance
- Hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and general repair
- Multi-trade skill with expertise in hand, power, and specialty tools
- Diagnostic ability with knowledge of residential code
- Certified or ready to be EPA, GC license, handyman license, or OSHA 30
- Efficient with mobile work order apps, email, and photo documentation
- Valid Illinois driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and full auto insurance
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds on stairs and ladders in all weather
- High school diploma or equivalent
