Role OverviewWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team with a starting wage up to $18.00-$19.00 per hour. The role involves assisting in maintenance and cleaning tasks, preventive maintenance, and resolving customer complaints.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician II will assist in the performance of all maintenance and cleaning tasks assigned by the facility manager, sweep, mop, and pick up debris, paint assigned areas, replace light bulbs, and maintain a clean parking lot.
