Job Description
Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support resort operations by performing maintenance tasks, including projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in trades and maintenance within a resort or commercial environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in trades and maintenance within a resort or commercial environment
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license as required by the resort
  • Valid driver's license
  • Written and verbal communication in English
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with enthusiasm and focus
