Role OverviewLiberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs in a multifamily residential community. The role requires effective communication, quality work, and delivering exemplary service in accordance with Liberty Military Housing's quality customer satisfaction standards.
What You Will Do
Perform maintenance installation, repairs, and preventative maintenance on building systems and appliances. Troubleshoot and test various items to assess functioning and recommend repair or replacement. Apply proficient skills in all trades to ensure quality maintained homes and community.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related maintenance experience, intermediate-level understanding of basic trades, and certifications in HVAC and EPA. They will be able to effectively communicate and interact with coworkers, managers, and residents, and possess a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related maintenance experience
- Intermediate-level understanding of basic trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, appliance repair)
- Certifications in HVAC and EPA
- Some supervisory or lead experience
- Valid driver's license
