Maintenance Technician III responsible for performing maintenance functions in an affordable housing community, including leading and training other technicians, and assisting with preventive maintenance and safety inspections. Requires 3-5 years of relevant work experience and a current vehicle license. Excellent customer service skills and basic familiarity with computers and tablets required.
