Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician III, you will provide great service to our residents in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for maintaining property standards, performing preventative maintenance programs, and overseeing daily maintenance tasks.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining compliance with company standards and Fair Housing standards, performing apartment turnover activities, and overseeing daily maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for communicating timelines and progress to the management team.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of multi-family, commercial, hotel, or similar maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of and compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain compliance with all Fair Housing standards in all resident interactions
- Maintain property standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality
