Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician III, you will be the driving force in providing great service to our residents in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, as well as maintaining property standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to service requests in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner, performing preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections independently, and conducting detailed property walks and equipment audits.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of multi-family, commercial, hotel, or similar maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of and compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain compliance with all Fair Housing standards in all resident interactions
- Maintain property standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality
