Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician III is responsible for maintaining the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition for the assigned property. Ensures all buildings, structures, equipment and appliances are in good working order.
What You Will Do
Inspect property to determine units or systems requiring maintenance or repair, assist Property Manager with move-out inspections, and complete make ready assignments timely and professionally.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair, as well as the ability to work independently and concurrently to perform multiple compliance projects.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 5 Years of experience in the multi-family housing industry
- Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License
- OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Certification for safety awareness
- EPA certification (and CPO certification, if required by the property assignment)
