Role OverviewVivmark Residential seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety, comfort, and overall functionality of their properties. The role involves diagnosing problems, making repairs, and maintaining resident living experiences.
What You Will Do
The Lead Maintenance Technician will diagnose and repair problems in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, and assist with creating and organizing work orders. They will also train and mentor Maintenance Technicians I and IIs, conduct apartment preventative maintenance, and inspect community grounds and buildings.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of maintenance experience, including HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repair work. They must also have a valid driver's license, HVAC certifications, and the ability to accommodate an on-call schedule.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance work
- HVAC (CFC certifications required — or willingness/desire to learn)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule
- Ability to communicate with team members and residents
- Ability to read and understand policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Basic understanding of emergency systems
- Demonstrates knowledge of paint types and paint tools
