What You Will Do
Oversee and perform day-to-day maintenance operations, monitor and complete assigned work orders, provide hands-on maintenance support and guidance to maintenance technicians, and work with vendors and contractors on specialized maintenance needs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least two years of maintenance/facilities experience or technical training
- Basic knowledge of physical plant systems, including heating, air conditioning, electricity, and computerized systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to prioritize multiple projects and maintenance requests while meeting deadlines
