Role OverviewWe're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Lead to support the maintenance operations of Exchange at the Beach, a community where residents feel welcomed, valued, and connected. The role involves performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks, supporting the Maintenance Supervisor, and ensuring the property remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include completing maintenance service requests, assisting with apartment make-ready operations, supporting the Maintenance Supervisor, troubleshooting and repairing building systems, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate work order documentation.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or vocational training
- One or more years of apartment, building, facilities, or general maintenance experience
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance practices
- HVAC certification and/or trade certifications in electrical, plumbing, or related fields
- EPA Certification
- Ability to read diagrams, technical instructions, work orders, and safety documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Customer service mindset
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
