Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance duties and repairs on high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with maintenance and be knowledgeable in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Requirements

  • Perform building maintenance duties and specific tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  • Preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Troubleshoot machinery quickly and effectively
  • Preventive maintenance and repairs to Rendering equipment
  • Perform labeling and tagging of systems and/or checks for verifications
  • Troubleshoot and repair high-speed food processing and packaging equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems on production equipment
  • Comply with all safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
  • Support and manage all computer/network components, including servers, switches, cabling, and desktop systems
  • Program Cisco Switches for Local Area Network
  • Document Local Area Network at assigned location(s)
  • Document and maintain “Standard Operating Procedures” for site-specific technologies in use at the facility
  • Work with end users and propose new hardware and software solutions to support the business
  • Test all hardware and software modifications before they are introduced into production
  • Provide hardware and software diagnostics for network, hardware, and software issues
  • Manage technology projects in compliance with IT standards
  • Provide hardware and network support for “Production Floor” computer systems
  • Supporting all printer functions at assigned locations
