The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence and curb appeal of the apartment community, delivering superior service to residents, and supporting the maintenance team in all aspects of Property Management Maintenance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
  • Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and general carpentry
  • Ability to operate and maintain various hand tools and power equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly assess and resolve maintenance issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
