Job Description
LyondellBasell is a leader in the global chemical industry creating solutions for everyday sustainable living. The Maintenance Technician will perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • 2 years experience working in a similar capacity at a manufacturing or production facility
  • 2 years experience working with PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, etc.
  • Knowledge of working with controls and 480 volt electrical circuits
  • Proficient knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
  • Ability to work overtime or weekends on short notice as needed
  • Ability to apply basic mathematics skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work proactively and support other personnel and departments
  • Ability to multitask and utilize the time available to organize and complete work within given deadlines
