Job Description

Village Green is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team, with responsibilities including completing work orders and special projects, servicing residents in a customer service-oriented manner, and maintaining the exterior of the property.

Requirements

Timely completion of work orders and special projects
Knowledge in HVAC
Plumbing and electrical service requests
Completion of apartment turns
Diagnoses problems and repairs in the areas of electrical
Responds to all service requests on-call emergencies
Maintains the exterior of the property
Housekeeping duties
Performs property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas
Excellent customer service skills
General computer knowledge
