Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of production machinery through maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • AAS Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance
  • 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Proven skills in repairing and maintaining electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in industrial settings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
