Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at River Gate Townhomes in Montebello CA. As part of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence and curb appeal of the apartment community, delivering superior service to our residents, and supporting the maintenance team in all aspects of Property Management Maintenance to include upkeep, repairs, and turnovers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
  • Ability to operate and maintain various hand tools and power equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly assess and resolve maintenance issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
