Job Description
We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‐paced hospitality-focused property organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on building, facility, or HOA/apartment/community maintenance experience
  • Basic working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC at a light-repair level
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, and use email, text, and simple computer applications (Word/Excel or similar)
  • Prior experience maintaining pools and spas in a Florida HOA, apartment, resort, or club environment
