Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues, performing general repairs, and maintaining interior and exterior areas. Requirements
2–3 years of maintenance or related trades experience
Hands-on experience with appliance repair, plumbing, and general maintenance
HVAC experience a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills
Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
