Requirements

  • Adhere to company manuals and team member handbook
  • Provide customer service
  • Handle service requests, apartment turnovers, and assist with outside vendors
  • Assist with apartment and property maintenance
  • Maintain an organized work place and shop
  • Inventory supply shipments and puts away stock
  • Report issues involving safety, property maintenance, and unresolved maintenance issues
  • Assist in the upkeep of the exterior and interior of the property
