Job Description
Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity and appearance of the property. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, handling resident service requests, and supporting the efficient operation of the property.

Requirements

  • One-year prior experience in general maintenance
  • HVAC certification (EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required for refrigerant handling)
  • Valid driver's license (for golf cart operation if applicable)
  • Customer-service oriented with the ability to interact professionally with residents
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
