Job Description
Perform preventative maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment of the building interior and exterior. Work in a safe manner and recognize unsafe situations. Maintain an operating environment to achieve a satisfactory level of Resident’s service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance or handy-work
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to react and address emergency situations in a timely manner
