Job Description
Envolve Community Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at Carpenter Place Apartments in Ypsilanti, MI. The successful candidate will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Requirements

  • Ability to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
  • Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties
  • Ability to move heavy equipment safely
  • Availability for emergency maintenance calls 24/7
  • Background Screening and Drug Test Required
