Job Description
The Maintenance Technician position performs routine maintenance and repairs on building interior and exterior under limited supervision. Performs preventative maintenance, contacts vendors, and maintains a schedule of maintenance tasks. Works in a safe manner and ensures the safety of themselves and others.

Requirements

  • General experience in building trades, repair, and replacement maintenance or handy-work
  • Ability to react and address emergency situations in a timely manner
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
