Job Description
Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the physical condition of a 50-unit residential community, including buildings, common areas, and grounds. Supports overall property operations through general maintenance, timely completion of service requests, and participation in apartment turn-key processes and preventative maintenance programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks
  • Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs. without assistance
