Job Description
Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the physical condition of a 54-unit community serving individuals age 62 and older. Responsible for building and property maintenance, unit turnovers, painting, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will follow established safety standards and best practices, and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks
