Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity of the property, including completing work orders, maintaining property grounds, and adhering to safety policies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license
  • HVAC and CPO certification
  • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
